Frankie is a very
handsome orange and white male. This affectionate boy was brought to Little
Shelter when his owner passed away. He is playful and enjoys attention.
We spay and neuter all of our animals as soon as is
medically possible. The minimal adoption donation paid upon adoption includes all the
medical procedures that we have done on the animal being adopted,
